Who we are!

We are a family owned and operated business based out of Anacortes in Skagit county Washington. We have been providing IT support services to businesses in the the surrounding community and beyond for over fifteen years.

Our goal is to provide high quality and affordable IT solutions for small to medium sized business. Many of our customers have received IT support from us for ten or more years. In the technology world that length of service is exceedingly rare and shows our commitment providing the highest quality service.

Owner and Founder Pete Pettersen has worked in the Information Technology industry for almost thirty years. Starting with his degree in Computer Science from Washington State University he has worked in various roles from front line support to management . His extensive knowledge and experience allows for a flexible and effect approach to solving and preventing technology problems.
